The Digital Certificate is the electronic identity of an individual or legal entity. A complete tool that allows you to sign documents digitally with the same legal value as a traditional signature, make electronic transactions, among other functions.

• Following the titleholder's request, duly identified for that purpose
• Allegation of compromise of the private key
• Allegation of loss of the private key
• Allegation of loss, destruction or deterioration of the support device for the private key (for example, cryptographic support/token);
• Whenever there are credible reasons that induce the suspicion that the certification services may have been compromised, in such a way that they place in question the reliability of the certificates;

The suspension request can only be submitted by the certificate's titleholder, duly identified and whenever the reason for the request is verified.

To revoke a certificate is to cancel its validity before its expiration date. To verify if the certificate is still valid, the titleholder should consult the validity date.

The titleholder of the digital certificate himself, duly identified, or a trusting party, as long as he confirms that the certificate was used for purposes other than those foreseen.
